A fix’it subscription plan offers you peace of mind
With a fix’it subscription, you get the following:
- Rapid intervention, guaranteed.
- For €30 a month, you get an all-inclusive package covering travel, parts and labour as far as is necessary (see the General Terms and Conditions)
- Repairs to your household appliances (seven appliances included)
- Replacement of your faulty appliance while it’s being repaired
- An annual inspection by an engineer to service all your household appliances and extend their life cycle as much as possible
Our subscription solution leaves you safe in the knowledge of a fixed price, regardless of the parts installed and the time needed to repair your appliance. We will replace your appliance with one of our own during the intervention to make sure you have an appliance you can use. And if we can’t repair your appliance, we’ll buy it back (see the General Terms and Conditions) One of our engineers will service your appliances once a year to make sure they last as long as possible.

A replacement appliance eases the stress
Your washing machine’s broken down, but you haven’t got the right part? Don’t worry – we can replace it!
The faulty appliance will be replaced during the intervention until the repair is completed.
If we can’t repair your appliance, we’ll buy it back and allow you to keep the replacement appliance until your new one is delivered (see the General Terms and Conditions)
